Good
morning, I am a true faithful listener. I work for the Colonial
Williamsburg Foundation (Annual Fund/Development). My days are much
easier listening to the “ Music of Your Life”. Thank you so much and
keep up the wonderful work. Jane |

I just wanted to drop you a short note
to thank you for your station. I have been listening for several
years and really enjoy the music. I live in Bon Air just West of
Richmond. I use a Zenith Trans Oceanic transistor radio (circa
1964) and a Selecta -Tenna loop antenna. This gives me a very
listenable signal during the day until sunset when CHWO takes
over. Fortunately they play very similar music. I have been
listening quite regularly in the garage while restoring a 1962
Century Mahogany Runabout. The music fits right in.
I travel between Richmond and Tidewater on a regular basis so I also listen in my car and appreciate the company your station offers. My wife and I also come to Williamsburg at least monthly to walk in the historic area and we listen during our drive. We really enjoy the variety of music you feature on "Music of Your Life" I also enjoy John Magliola in the afternoon. We used to have "Music of Your Life " here in Richmond a couple of years ago but the station changed format. I am glad that you continue to offer it. There really aren't any radio stations in the Richmond area which I listen to on a regular basis. Thanks again for your station !

When I moved into my new office
a few years ago I couldn't pick up any radio stations.
I decided to try AM and your station came in clear as a
bell. I was hearing songs I hadn't heard since I was
just a tot. When people come in my office they ask me
what station I'm listening to because they hadn't heard
the songs in ages. The music is great for an office
environment while bringing back wonderful memories.

I'm
filling this questionnaire out to let you know how much i love your
station. I recommend it to everyone I know. When clients come into
our office & hear it playing they always want to know the station so
they can tune their cars & home radios to it! I've been listening
to it for years & years & never change my station to anything else!
No other station is like yours! Thank you!!

Do we ever love the program "Music of your
Life" on WMBG each and every day here in this house! Hard to
remember just when the music died....all I know is that it did
die...and there is none at all today worth remembering past the
length of the piece. Romance too is dead (the music was a big part
of it) and it is never coming back. The young kids know nothing of
adoration, heartbeats, soft lights and such music...which all adds
up to the lack of romance in today's ugly world for the young.
Strange how the first two notes will bring the song up and almost
ever single word to follow all these 45 or 50 years later, isn't
it? And so I thank you for every song choice and the two lovelies
especially, Deanna Martin and Brown, son of Les. Her voice is
wonderful and lilting and they fit together, nothing abrasive
ever...or off color or anything except grrrrr8! The folks who
follow them each day are good as well, but these are my two
favorites. Dean Martin's three toppers here are: 1/ Sway, 2/ Day
After Day 3/ Innamorata. Wonderful though they ALL are! Dino too
will never come again. Sigh. So, please keep the music
coming...it goes a long way to taking you away from your dailies,
transporting you back in time to when love was all and everything,
when guys looked neat and the girls were coifed and well dressed and
everybody smelled so fresh and good. It WAS a very beautiful time
and I thank my stars and candlelight that I lived through those
fabulous days. Blessings,
